# Resource Notifications **Telegram Resource Notifications** is a feature that allows users to receive real-time alerts via Telegram about the status of their purchased resources on Tronsave. These notifications help users manage their resources proactively and avoid service interruptions due to expired orders or low balances. ## User Guide ### Step 1: Set up your Telegram Suggest * Go to the "**BUYER**" section and click the "**NOTIFICATIONS**" tab to get started.

* Enter your Telegram ID in the provided field and click "**CONFIRM**".

### Step 2: Verify your Telegram * After entering your Telegram ID, click "**GET CODE**" to start the verification.

* A link to our Telegram bot will appear—click it to be redirected to Telegram.

* You can click the "**Click here to verify**" button to be automatically redirected to the verification page, or copy the CODE and enter it manually.

### Step 3: Set up **Filter Notification (Only Energy)** After completing the setup, turn **ON** the Resource Notifications feature to view the available filters you can configure.

#### **Reclaim alert time** * Notifies the user when a **purchased Energy or Bandwidth order** is about to reach its reclaim time. * Purpose: Remind the user to **extend or repurchase** the resource before it is reclaimed and becomes unavailable. * Configurable time: Users can choose how early they want to receive the alert (e.g., 60 minutes before).

#### **Low resource alert** * Sends alerts when **Energy or Bandwidth** drops below user-defined thresholds. * Purpose: Prevent disruption by allowing the user to act before the balance reaches 0. * Customizable: Users can enable alerts for either or both resource types, and set different threshold values for each.
