Staking 2.0
Stake TRX in the TronSave app to obtain Energy you can sell on the marketplace.
This guide walks through staking TRX in the TronSave app to obtain Energy. For the underlying mechanics — how Energy yield is calculated and the unstaking period — see Staking 2.0.
Step 1: Choose the Seller tab and select "Stake more"
Step 2: Enter the amount of TRX you want to stake
Select the resource type: Energy.
Input the Staking Amount.
Click Confirm.
The Energy you receive depends on your share of all TRX staked for the Energy network‑wide:
Staked TRX requires a 14‑day unstaking period before it can be withdrawn.
